Upfront about what repairs were needed and what could be done, but left the decisions up to me. Very quick And efficient. Car repairs are completed a very timely manner and car operates very well afterwards.

The Becker team has the very highest skilled and most responsive team you will find. Their experts treat your car like it’s their own. When an emergency pops up, they go the extra mile to help get you in as soon as practically possible. They give the most balanced and expert advice you’ll see, including “you don’t need to do this” or “you can take it to the dealer and it’ll be covered under warranty.” In my book, they are the VERY BEST and an example of what great local ownership looks like. They are our first call.

If you are looking for a mechanic with an exceptional technical expertise, clear communication, honesty about necessary repairs,timely service, fair pricing, and genuine focus on customer satisfaction, look no further. I ve been using Becker for years and honestly the only time I would ever take my car to dealer was because of prepayed service package or a loaner that now days is almost an impossible task to get. And you will always save over dealers pricing at Beckers… Highly recommended mechanic..

Becker Service Center was highly recommended to us by friends. We knew we were making the right choice because they weren’t pushing to try to do an extreme amount of work on our car or to get all the maintenance done at one time. They explained to us what we needed by when and what to take care of first. We had full confidence in them and trusted their work. They also had great communication and customer service. Highly recommend if you drive a bmw and need repairs or maintenance work!

Always have great, fast, reasonably priced and friendly service at Becker. Greg did a ton of work on my car - struts, brakes, flushes, new battery and terminals - and my car runs and feels the best it has in years. Always completely satisfied with their services.

Wow. After a few miles, jumped on the tollway. Results exceeded my expectations and I have been a customer for years. The vehicle at 115,000 miles drives so much better than I expected (suspension, brake, transmission and driveline work). Not sure how this is possible, maybe better than new?

I’ve been going to Becker Service Center for over a decade and their service is exceptional! My two cars have 100k and 200k miles with just normal wear and tear issues (their preventive maintenance program is outstanding). If you want an honest & competent auto shop, you should give them a try.

Becker service Center is my go-to service center. I always get a detailed assessment. Appointments are easy to schedule and the work is done in a timely fashion. They are proactive in notifying me when service is due so that I can keep my car in Tip-Top shape!

They sent a complete analysis of what needed and didn’t need to be done with prices before starting. We had a conversation to agree what would be done before work was started. Car was done that day, I picked it up before they closed. I’ve used them before that’s why I used them now. Give them a try you will not be disappointed.

Absolutely love the team at Becker! Their work has been consistently excellent in every way and their communication plus documentation of every detail is outstanding. Additionally, they are so accommodating when it comes to your time, loaner vehicles if needed, etc. I won’t even consider another mechanic/automotive shop because the Becker team is so amazing!

This place is definitely worth consulting when you have car problems or need another look beyond the dealership. They will likely save you money or find additional issues that need attention from their through diagnosis and perhaps your dealer failed to mention. We have always been able to talk to the folks there asking what priorities are needed first and they will fix the problem right. Sometimes they have coupon mailers with cost savings. They were our first stop to consult this time which helped us make our car decisions on what is next going forward. Honest, excellent service as always, thank you!

I scheduled an appointment today with them and called them to confirm if they needed anything ahead of time regarding my warranty. The guy on the phone basically wasn't helpful and told me that Hyundai's and KIAs are notorious for burning oil. Made me feel like I was an idiot for owning an Hyundai and didn't offer anything helpful at all. I promptly scheduled an appointment with a place that is more professional and courteous and cancelled with Becker. Not a good first impression at all.

I have been taking my almost antique car to Becker since it was a new car. They thoroughly inspect the car and tell me about the issues they find, pointing out which ones don’t need to be addressed right away. Their reports always come with photos of the areas in question, allowing me to see the issues myself to help me make decisions. Trust and competency and good communication are all important in a mechanic, and Becker exhibits all of these qualities. I fully trust and recommend Becker.

I had a wonderful experience recently at Becker’s that will tell you how wonderful their team is in their service delivery and customer service. My car overheated last week and I had it towed to Becker’s after hours. They contacted me and agreed to work on the care as soon as they had an opening in their schedule. My family was out of town and I had no replacement car, so they let me use their loaner car for FIVE days until they were able to fix my car. They were there for me when I needed them. I have been going to Becker’s for over 15 years and really trust them-which is super important from your car service shop. I recommend them to all.

Been going to Becker Service Center for a few years now & I doubt I’ll ever go anywhere else in the future. Honest mechanics, giving real world advice, help guide me through the work that needs to done immediately vs what can wait. Their service reports are texted directly to me and are easy to read and review. Their turnaround is fast too, drop offs and pick ups often happening on the same day. Every visit feels like catching up with old friends.Take your car here, you won’t regret it!

For 3 years with oil change for CRV2009 at this shop but today they damaged drain plug and makes oil lake ..when asked them to fix they answered me its old car and not our mistake .tried to found a solve to this problem..but Dan said no more service you and don't come again here..I don't why he did that ...only good guy his name Sam but no more that very not helpful

Our car is going on 10 years. It needed a lot of work… I wanted to make sure it was safe and that it was somewhat fuel efficient. Becker made sure my concerns were addressed and that they stayed within my budget. I appreciate a service center that listens to its customers, is thorough in their inspection, is professional in how they interact with customers, and is professional in work performed. I will definitely return to Becker Service Center if more work is needed in the future.

I've been going to Becker for years with my Subaru Legacy and Mazda RX-8 and they have always been very good on price, communication, and quality of service. Among many many smaller repairs, they were able to diagnose a starter issue on my RX-8 that stumped the local Mazda dealer's staff. They also performed a major subframe replacement on the Legacy that we have been very satisfied with. Highly recommended!

Paid for a few services that were not completed. After suspicious noises, I got a checkup at Firestone and was shown that becker charged me for services that they did not do. For example, they did a "clean and adjust" but when Firestone opened it they saw that only the outside was cleaned. This is deceptive. It means they only cleaned thevisible parts. They didn't think anyone would verify their work. I have a toddler and they decieved me in several ways. My car remained unsafe to drive until Firestone tightened screws and edited their work. When I approached Becker about it, they became defensive and embarassed. Very sad. Don't buy the hype and have a Third party "double check"

Whenever any of our 3 cars needed work done from oil change to engine work, Becker's was always up front about cost and time needed to complete the work. We have used Becker's for about 20 years and have never been disappointed in any work they have done.

had a great experience with my BMW .they were quick to diagnose and had the job completed in record time considering that there were multiple problems to address . Greg the client facing representative was extremely courteous and provided regular updates on the progress of the repair work .. This is the second time I've used Becker for repairs. They are extremely quick and efficient and even have pretty competitive pricing for the area. The best part is the free diagnostic test they run on your car. Very helpful to have that on file so you can slowly replace different parts when needed. I've always been in contact with Sam, and his service is exceptional. Definitely will be returning for future fixes.
