We have used Becker for several years and have no complaints. Prices are consistently lower than dealership and they have always been excellent when describing issues with our cars and level of severity. I recently had a major issue with my Elantra which they diagnosed and I realized may be under warranty. They were very understanding of me taking it to the dealership and told me exactly what to tell them. They were dead right and it ended up saving me a tremendous amount of money. Only an honest shop would do such a thing and they earned my business for life!

Honest mechanics here, it's hard to come by now but the mechanics at this location will actually help you with your vehicle by teaching you what is wrong. They actually do proper diagnosis instead of just throwing Parts at the car and charging the customer. That's a common tactic used by Shady mechanics. The customer service Representatives here are top-notch and nothing but polite. I would recommend Becker's to anyone looking to have their car fixed without worrying about anybody tampering with other parts of the car. Repaired a torque converter shield vibration. They were quick and mitigated the issue.

Excellent service. They will provide with a very detailed assessment and tell you what your vehicle needs but they do not pressure you. Brake job was excellent.
